Working Overtime... So You Don't Have To!

If you haven't noticed over the past 6 months, we've been working around the clock to continue to add new features to our social (business) networking platform. Looking back over the past 24 weeks, we've probably added at least 1 new feature to the website each week, all designed to help you promote your business... and keep Fast Pitch! at the forefront of the Web 2.0 movement. We think you'll be hard-pressed to find another social network that is 'pushing the envelope' in as many directions as we are here at Fast Pitch!

Rest assured, we're not going to rest on our laurels. Throughout our office, whiteboards remain full of new ideas just waiting to be rolled out at the appropriate time. Many of these ideas come from constant brainstorming sessions taking place within our office, text messaging on weekends, and after-hour discussions in local coffee shops around town. More importantly, some of our best ideas come from you. In fact, we've been known to make fairly significant changes to our platform after a phone call from a single member! So don't hesitate to let us know what you think.

We've designed a platform that works for you even when you're not. Whether it's our automated profile matching system delivering targeted leads into your inbox, our new blogging feature that promotes your latest blog articles throughout the network, or the search engine marketing we're doing on your behalf to increase your Google ranking... you have the confidence of knowing that the energy you've put into your Fast Pitch! account is being returned 10-fold.

Much like our software, our staff is also working when you're not. As any of you who have visited our office can attest to (and as evidenced by the hundreds of empty coffee cups, cans of Mountain Dew, etc.) we too, are physically working around the clock to provide you with the best customer service experience available on the web. Those of you who have had your questions answered at 10PM on a Friday evening can back me up on this, right? (in fact, it's 9:50PM as I write this). I know... Get a life Bill!

I'm confident that as we grow our business, our level of ingenuity and top flight customer service will continue. The second we stop improving... I want out. We're in this for long-haul and understand that our best chances for success is to remain one step ahead of our competitors. If that means creating new functionality over a long weekend, spending an extra hour answering questions over the phone with a sole proprietor in Provo, Utah or chatting with one of our vendors over a critical support issue at 2AM... we will.

Okay... time to go have a beer. :)
